Virtual Events, Real Results
The ISS EDUrecruit® team kicked off the 2025-26 recruitment season with two action-packed virtual recruitment events held in November and December 2025. Each event connected 250-300 educator candidates in attendance with 35-40 international schools representing all world regions.
These first two iFairs® produced both immediate and ongoing recruitment outcomes, including several job offers made immediately following interviews conducted during the events, plus additional strong candidates advancing to second and third-round interviews in the weeks that followed.
