Leadership recruitment starts long before a role opens.
Join the Diversity Collaborative for a community session on creating and sustaining leadership recruitment pipelines with intentional practice. This conversation challenges international schools to move beyond reactive hiring and toward a more intentional, sustained approach to developing future leaders.
Together with Ignite Speakers, Kalimah Fergus Ayele, Madeleine Maceda Heide, and Pauline O’Brien, we’ll explore how to build leadership communities through sponsorship, mentorship, and coaching, while creating space for continued growth through affinity spaces and ongoing development. We’ll also examine the role of anti-bias and inclusive learning in shaping access, opportunity, and long-term leadership pathways.
