At the Diversity Collaborative (DC), we believe that professional development (PD) is essential for everyone in our community, including teachers, coaches, school management, and board members. To truly reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, it is vital to consider the diversity of ISS presenters. By featuring a wide range of voices and perspectives, ISS PD sessions become more enriching, representative, and responsive to our diverse community.

AI Leadership Accelerator

A 4-week high-impact online course for extended leadership teams in international schools, designed not as a “tech how-to” course but as a strategic roadmap for responsibly integrating AI into the fabric of school leadership, policy, curriculum, and community engagement.

Completely Online! Earn Your English Education Master's Degree from Teachers College

The InSTEP Program in the Teaching of English is geared toward in-service teachers who wish to further their teaching, research, and leadership skills while remaining full-time teachers in their communities. This program stresses teacher inquiry, the integration of the language arts with the performing and fine arts, and a focus on intellectual processes in reading, writing, and literary study. Through the 34 points of coursework, students will explore critical pedagogical and theoretical stances in English Education, build upon their knowledge of curriculum design and methods, and engage in deep self-reflection to better understand their positionality as a teacher.
