
As President and Lead Consultant of her consultancy company, Nadine Inspires LLC, she partners with educational institutions to offer leadership coaching, accreditation work for new school start-ups, strategic planning and performance improvement services. She also co-designed a BIPOC Aspiring Leadership Program to increase diversity in the leadership pipeline, nurture growth, and cultivate lasting relationships.
Nadine is a member of Excelle Executive, an empowering group of women school executive leaders empowering other women. She is also an active Chair of the DEI Advisory Committee of the Association of International Education Leaders of Color (AIELOC), and Co-Chair of the Diversity Collaborative’s Advocacy Committee. Currently, Nadine is pursuing her Doctor of Education in Education Policy Leadership at Hofstra University. Nadine resides in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
