Meet the Presenters

Lia Belai Cahsai

Lia is a Human Resource Executive with over 25 years’ experience. She is a former Human Resource Manager at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and held executive positions in Ethiopian Airlines for over fifteen years as the Director of Inflight Services and Manager of Assessment and Development in HR, Division Manager Marketing & Total Quality Management and as Department Manager Marketing HRM and Ground Handling Procedures.

Kevin Elliott

Kevin is the Director of Business Administration at Dulwich College, Beijing. With over 20 years of experience in education, Kevin also held the positions of Director of Finance and Business at Canadian Academy, Kobe, Japan, and the Director of Operations at The British School in Tokyo.

Kristin Evins

Kristin is ISS Chief Finance and Administration Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and analysis. She is an expert in budget and financial feasibility analysis, and has been heavily involved with school start-up projects. Prior to working with ISS, Kristin served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Outward Bound, Inc. and had worked over 12 years in for-profit corporations in various financial positions.

Glenn Odland

Dr. Glenn Odland is a Senior Leadership Executive with ISS, he is also an Adjunct Professor and IB Educator Certificate (IBEC) Program Manager, Academic at Western University in London, Ontario. Glenn led schools in both Canada, Singapore, and India. In these roles he experienced a wide range of leadership challenges, including an ambitious building project that was protracted by the global economic crisis of 2008/09. Glenn holds an Ed.D. from Seton Hall University in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy.

Bill Pearson

Bill is the Asst. Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer at the American International School Dhaka and has over 35 years of experience working in private industry and international education both as a Head of School and Chief Financial Officer in six countries.
