2021 African Library Project

Changing lives, book by book — that’s the motto of the African Library Project, a non-profit organization that starts and supports libraries in rural Africa. For the third year now, ISS has partnered with the African Library Project and Barnes and Noble to collect books; this season, we gathered over 1,000 books to be shared with a school in Kenya!

The container is currently on its way, estimated to arrive in Mombasa around June 22nd. From there, partners of the African Library Project will start distributing books to the individual libraries.
