Nadine, who joined ISS in 2022, has over 20 years in education and has demonstrated a strong understanding of international education, business, and recruitment. She has served as a teacher, Legal Advocate, Dean of Student, Associate Principal, Principal, Assistant Head of School for Institutional Strategy and Head of School (CEO) in the USA and UAE. During her time in Dubai, she was principal at the American School of Dubai and Head of School at Al Maaref Private School. In the USA, she held leadership roles in the Maryland independent school and New York K-12 school system.
As President and Lead Consultant of her consultancy company, Nadine Inspires LLC, she partners with educational institutions to offer leadership coaching, accreditation work for new school start-ups, strategic planning and performance improvement services. She also co-designed a BIPOC Aspiring Leadership Program to increase diversity in the leadership pipeline, nurture growth, and cultivate lasting relationships.
Nadine is a member of Excelle Executive, an empowering group of women school executive leaders empowering other women. She is also an active Chair of the DEI Advisory Committee of the Association of International Education Leaders of Color (AIELOC), and Co-Chair of the Diversity Collaborative’s Advocacy Committee.
Nadine completed her doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy at Hofstra University. Her dissertation was a theory-building case study that explored the role intersectionality theory can play in developing a more inclusive headship and superintendency pipeline. Currently, Nadine resides in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
