Senior Leadership Executive Operations & Facility Management
Yael Cass has over 20 years of management and leadership experience in both business and not-for-profit sectors.
She has been directly engaged in business enterprises on three continents including intimate involvement in start-ups. This experience includes operations, marketing, government relations, business development, and finance.
Yael also has deep roots in education. She served as a Vice Principal at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and as a school accreditation team member for the Middle States Association. In addition, Yael has contributed more than a decade of volunteering as school board member and committee chair both in private and public education sectors. She also served as the Director of Outreach and Development for a not-for-profit aid organisation in Melbourne, Australia.
In recent years, Yael served as a consultant for international schools in Asia and Africa in the areas of operation, facility management, and governance. She created multi-year training programs and conferences for international school support staff.
She holds a Diploma in Architecture from Hamichlala Le Minhal, Tel Aviv, MSc in International Management from Liverpool University, and is currently completing her PhD in Built Environment and Project Planning at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
