ISS President Liz Duffy will lead a design thinking workshop about how to create more equitable school communities. Learn basic design thinking principles and co-design ways to make all the members of your school’s community feel fully valued and engaged.

This session will be suitable to any School Leader, Teacher, or Instructional Coach looking to develop a school culture meeting the expectations and skills needed for contemporary education. Anyone interested in designing more equitable schools is welcome to this hands-on workshop, including staff, faculty, students over 13, parents, administrators, board members, etc. Participants will leave with an understanding of design thinking in the classroom, and practical tools to embed into their school to develop more equitable communities.
