Since 1968, ISS has served international schools by creating and managing nonprofit 501(c)(3) foundations that are incorporated in the United States. We provide superior accounting, administrative and board management services to approximately 50 non-profit organizations. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering professional services in a timely, efficient and effective manner, while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

We have the expertise, knowledge and experience to administer all details of foundation management including legal, financial, administrative, and development. We help international schools take full advantage of the significant  benefits of a U.S.- based nonprofit foundation.

Our Foundations Management Department provides an array of services and can tailor a service package to meet your foundation's unique needs. In order to better serve our clients, we are continually adding new services and features, such as grant writing and application assistance.
