University Services

The University Services department serves as the procurement arm of international universities, university and satellite programs and teaching hospitals.  Our professional staff purchases supplies and equipment from Q-tips to HVAC systems, through a competitive bid process.  Institutions enjoy the cost savings and efficiencies resulting from one contact and source throughout the process from requisition and purchase order, to shipping and invoicing.  ISS University Services will:
  • Fully comply with USAID/ASHA grant regulations
  • Post in the procurement Information Bulletin with full documentation for reimbursement
  • Consolidate and supervise the shipment - including hazardous, perishable and medical products - for trouble-free transport and clearance
  • Negotiate the best pricing available
  • Communicate with vendors and shippers for convenient problem resolution and single source invoicing
