Since 1968, ISS Foundation Management has served international schools by creating and managing nonprofit 501(c)(3) foundations that are incorporated in the United States.  At ISS, we have the expertise, knowledge and experience to administer all details of foundation management including legal, financial, administrative, and development.  We help international schools take full advantage of the significant benefits of a U.S. based nonprofit foundation.

ISS Foundation Management handles all the details, from start-up to management. We relieve schools and staff of virtually all administrative functions and responsibilities. ISS reports to the school and the foundation board on the state of the foundation and its finances, programs and activities. We also prepare and process all forms and paperwork and manage the foundation and programs on the school’s behalf. ISS Foundation Management will:

• Assist in developing a complete strategic plan for establishing your school's 501(c)(3) foundation;
• Establish the foundation, handle all the legal and financial paperwork, develop a mission statement, identify a board of directors, create by-laws, incorporate the foundation, and file for tax exempt status;
• Provide professional expertise, including legal services, payroll management, tuition management, accounting/audit management, and bank account management.
