Educational Staffing Program
The
ISS Educational Staffing Program offers the overseas school
community year-round services for the recruitment of teaching
staff as well all other educational personnel.
Establishment
of a professional file allows ISS to present professional
papers to prospective international school employers for
review. Most
schools then seek to arrange interviews at one of our four
annual International Recruitment Centers (IRCs).
Recruiting
Year
August - January:
Applications submitted to ISS for review. Those accepted are eligible to register for a Winter
International Recruitment Center.

Recruitment Centers.] Candidates review position openings and
research schools via website links and email contacts posted
at a secure ISS website location.
January - March: Winter International Recruitment Centers take place.
March - June:
Applications submitted for spring hiring period.
Those accepted are eligible to register for the Summer International
Recruitment Center. Candidates
continue to review position openings and research schools at
the ISS website.
June:
Summer International Recruitment Center takes place
filling ten percent of annual positions.
July – August:
Hiring continues to fill approximately twenty-five late
openings.
Year-Round Recruiting: Schools have access to the ISS Candidate Screening Program on a year-round basis. Candidates are notified via e-mail by schools or by ISS of positions listed for recruitment.
